At sugarintel.net, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before registering for a program or coaching service.

1. Refunds Prior to Start Date

   • Refunds may be requested up to 10 days prior to the start date of a program.

   • Requests must be made in writing and sent to lifetop7@gmail.com.

2. No Refunds After Program Begins

   • Once a program has started, no refunds will be given.

   • If a client fails to attend a scheduled meeting, coaching call, or training session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.

   • Clients who do not complete the program are not eligible for a partial refund.

3. Cancellations

   • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to lifetop7@gmail.com.

   • Cancellations by phone, text, or social media message will not be accepted.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

   • In some cases, program credit may be applied toward a future session at the discretion of Ingredient Intel LLC. Credits are not guaranteed.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

   • Ingredient Intel LLC reserves the right to consider refunds or credits in cases of verified medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances.
